Support Posts
At WillPlay, our attention to detail extends to every component of our playground equipment, including the posts. Crafted with precision, our posts are formed from custom-designed, extruded, marine-grade structural aluminium sections. Renowned for its robustness and longevity, this grade of aluminium stands up to even the harshest environmental conditions. To ensure an enduring, aesthetically pleasing finish, these sections are completed with a premium grade, exterior polyester powder coat. Highlighting our commitment to quality and local sourcing, all sections are both manufactured and powder coated within Australia.

It combines the cosy allure of classic timber with the steadfast resilience of marine-grade aluminium, creating posts that are as welcoming as they are durable.
Support Frames and Rails
Our support frames and rails are meticulously crafted from stainless steel, renowned for its legendary strength and longevity. These components are then finished with a layer of baked-on zinc-rich primer, further enhancing their resilience against the elements.
As a final touch, a premium-grade, exterior polyester powder coat is applied, providing a sleek, enduring finish that enhances both the aesthetic and functional durability. In line with our commitment to quality and local sourcing, all sections of these vital components are manufactured and powder coated right here in Australia.
Rope and Fittings
At WillPlay, our high-quality combination ropes are meticulously manufactured in Europe through a unique process. Each rope comprises six galvanised steel strands wrapped by braided nylon, which is permanently glued to provide unparalleled durability while preserving its flexibility and tensile strength.

In continuation of our dedication to craftsmanship, all WillPlay combination rope nets and components are fashioned at our factory in Bundaberg. Our ability to swage and cut our own rope allows us the capacity to custom manufacture nets, tailoring them specifically to each project's requirements. To guarantee durability and longevity, our joiners are crafted from either milled aluminium or injection-moulded nylon.
Plastic Components
At WillPlay, we incorporate UV Stable HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) in a myriad of our components, including decks, panels, handgrips, and roofs. Available in an array of vibrant colours, HDPE not only adds aesthetic allure to our playground equipment but also exemplifies our commitment to sustainability. Its durability ensures the longevity of our playground systems, and at the end of their lifespan, these HDPE components can be 100% recycled.
